Step One — Before Anything Else

Record Your Commitment.

This is not part of the form. It is a personal artefact you create and keep. At Day 365, you will need it.

Your Commitment Record — Do This Now

Film a 60-second video right now. Face to camera. Say the following:

"My name is [your name]."
"Today is [today's date]."
"I am committing to develop [your pursuit] across 365 days."
"I am entering this because [your reason]."
"I am 365 or nothing. One revolution around the sun. Hold me to it."

Save this video somewhere permanent — your camera roll, cloud storage, a folder you will not delete. Do not share it yet. It will be played back to you at Day 365. The person on screen right now is the person the system was designed to transform.

Step Two — Before You Submit

Send The Rally Call.

Send this message to one real person in your life right now. A partner, friend, family member, or colleague. Send it before you complete enrolment. This takes the commitment out of this screen and into a real relationship.
